This document details the mandatory terms for using the site (applicable to all users and surfers of the site), alongside the terms for purchasing products on the site.

3. The mere use of the site – as well as the purchase of products – is a declaration by the user that he has read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use. The Terms of Use are a binding agreement between the user and the company.

4. These terms apply to the use of the site and the services included therein using any computer or other communication device (for example: mobile phones, various tablets, etc.). They also apply to the use of the site whether via the Internet or via any other means of communication.

5. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: the "Consumer Protection Law") and the regulations enacted pursuant thereto, to the extent that they apply to the Site, except in cases where the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law may be conditioned upon and such conditioning has been made within the framework of the Site, whether expressly or implicitly.

6. The Company does its best to present the most complete and comprehensive information regarding each and every product, including product images. Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, it is clarified that inaccuracies, errors or omissions may appear on the Site regarding the products sold therein. Users understand and accept this. Accordingly, the Company will not bear any liability arising from inaccuracies that are not material.

7. The product images on the site are presented for illustrative purposes. There may be differences in appearance, color, size, etc. between the product as it is presented on the site and the product in reality.

10. The site offers Judaica products for sale, including holy books. The customer undertakes to handle the products properly. The site is managed in a "Shomer Shabbat" format; it closes when Shabbat begins and opens when Shabbat ends.

11. The Holy Books are produced in Israel, and compiled by a scholar named Yehoshua Gross. The mezuzah cases are produced in Ashdod, at the Segev Carmel factory. The "Slanderous Speech Does Not Speak to Me" collection is imported from China by Mr. David Halperin.

12. To order products, you can follow the instructions on the site, enter the ordering information, and make a purchase as a guest. You can also register on the company's site by clicking the "Login" button on the site, entering an email address for verification and receiving an ID code. From that moment on, the company's site will recognize the ordering party.

13. Any person or entity, including a corporation, may use the Site and make purchases through the Site; subject to being competent to perform legally binding actions.

14. The customer's details will be updated according to the data filled out by the customer in the online registration form found on the site at the time of purchase.

15. For the purpose of delivering the products and fulfilling its obligations, the Company may require additional identification information.

16. Without derogating from the above, the Company may prevent any person from using the Site, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. In any of the following cases: (a) committing an illegal act or violating the provisions of the law; (b) violating any of the terms of these Terms of Use; (c) intentionally providing incorrect information; (d) performing an action that may harm the proper operation of the Site or any of its suppliers or any third party; (e) the credit card provided by the Customer has been blocked or restricted for use in any way.

3. Ordering and purchasing products:

17. The site allows its customers to conveniently, easily and securely purchase products through an online store on the Internet.

18. The product can be purchased on the site at any time, until stocks last or at the sole discretion of the company. All subject to the opening hours of the site, which operates in a "Shomer Shabbat" format, as stated above.

19. The purchase of products will be made by adding products to the shopping cart. After adding the products to the shopping cart, the customer will enter his details in the online form designated for this purpose in the following way: first name, last name, telephone number and email address. In addition, the details of the recipient of the order must be provided - first name, last name, telephone number, town, street, house number, floor, apartment, entrance and any other identifying details that he has to help the delivery operator easily locate the property to which the order is being delivered; including notes and information regarding the delivery operation or if the recipient of the order is not at home. It is mandatory to fill in the fields marked with an asterisk and without them the order will not be completed.

20. In order to prevent any possibility of a delivery error, the customer must provide accurate and correct details. Providing the details accurately is a prerequisite for placing the order.

21. When completing the purchase, the customer will confirm the order details and the accuracy of the details he provided, and thus the order will be completed (hereinafter: " the order " ). Upon receipt of the order and only after approval by the credit company - subject to the availability of the ordered products in the company's inventory - the order will be transferred for processing, preparation and shipment. In this regard, the details as entered in the order form by the customer will serve as conclusive evidence of their accuracy. Accordingly, the customer will not bring any claim, claim, complaint or demand related to the supply of the products, if the reason for this is related to incorrect details he provided.

22. All product prices on the site include VAT as required.

23. The Company reserves the right to discontinue marketing and selling a product at any time; as well as to change the price of any product at its sole discretion.

24. After the payment details have been entered in the online order form, a confirmation will be sent to the orderer via the email provided stating that the order details have been received. It should be clarified that this confirmation does not obligate the company to provide the ordered products, and it only indicates that the order details have been received in the system.

25. Please note – an important point regarding cancellation of transactions related to products that have been personalized to your requirements: The terms of cancellation of transactions are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. However, it is worth emphasizing that purchasing a product with personal imprinting or with any other personal requirement requires the company to work towards preparing a product that is suitable only for you. This order is a "personalized order" defined as "goods manufactured specifically for the consumer according to special measurements or requirements" as per Section 14C(d)(4) of the Consumer Protection Law and as per Regulation 6(a)(2) of the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771-2010 (hereinafter: " the Regulations "). Therefore, by law, the normal rules applicable to the cancellation of transactions due to regret do not apply to personalized products. Accordingly, after placing a "personalized order", by law, it is not possible to cancel the order and demand a refund. Accordingly, it is requested that attention and discretion be exercised before placing the order; and to ensure that a personalized order has not been placed by mistake. It is clarified that after placing the order, it will not be possible to change the order or the name that will appear on the imprint.

4. Payment:

26. Payment for the products will be made via a valid credit card or by another method agreed upon in writing by the parties.

27. If the customer chooses to use a credit card to make the payment, he will be asked to provide the credit card details, ID, card type, validity, and payment security numbers. Please note that the details are not stored and are not accessible to the company, but are transferred through an external provider called tranzila.

28. The Company reserves the right to discontinue the use of any payment method on the Site; to permit the use of another or additional payment methods and to apply different payment arrangements to different types of credit cards, or any other payment method that the Site management will honor.

29. Immediately after placing the order, the payment method provided by the customer will be checked, and the customer will be notified that the order has been approved and their account will be charged for the cost of purchasing the products. The aforementioned check is carried out by an external supplier as detailed in Section 26 above.

30. If the transaction was not approved by the credit card company or any other payment method available at the time, the customer will receive appropriate notification of this and company representatives will contact him to complete the transaction or cancel it.

31. Confirmation of the purchase operation is conditional on the availability of the purchased product in stock at the time of delivery or at the time of ordering. If the product is actually out of stock and it is not indicated that the product is out of stock and the product has not been removed from availability on the site by the time the order is placed, the company undertakes to refund the customer any amount paid (if paid) or cancel the charge made for the purchase operation. It is clarified: the customer will not have any claim in this regard and subject to the refund of the amount paid by him.

32. If the customer was mistakenly charged by the credit card company, the customer must notify the company so that a credit can be made accordingly.

5. Delivery and transportation of products:

33. It should be emphasized that shipping is carried out through external suppliers; they are paid a commission for their work, as detailed on the order page. The company will do everything necessary to assist in this matter; but it is important to emphasize that the company does not actually carry out the shipping. Customer service will be provided Sunday-Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. It should be emphasized that the company does not provide customer service on holiday eves and on Israeli holidays.

8. Warranty and Service:

37. The Company is responsible for its products. However, no claim will be made regarding the quality of the products that is not a claim that deals with a material non-conformity or material defect caused by the Company.

38. The company is not responsible for unprofessional gluing or installation of a mezuzah.

39. The customer undertakes to use the products with care and respect, as befits their nature. It is clear to the customer that these are delicate products, which may be damaged if used without care.

40. Upon receipt of the products, the customer undertakes to inspect them immediately. In the event of any claim of defect or non-conformity in the product, the customer undertakes to contact the company as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours from the moment of receipt of the products.

41. In the event of a claim for a defect or non-conformity (in material matters as stated), the Company reserves the right to require the customer to prove that he is the original purchaser of the product.

42. In the event of a defect or non-conformity as proven, the Company will repair or replace the product; at its discretion. However, it should be emphasized that the only right granted to the customer in the event of a defect or non-conformity as stated is repair or replacement. This is clearly the limit of liability; and no claim to the contrary shall be made in this regard. In any event, the Company's total liability with respect to any defective product or product in which a non-conformity has been discovered, God forbid, shall in no way exceed the purchase price of the product. Likewise, the Company is not responsible for defects or non-conformities caused by incorrect or careless use; or by reasonable wear and tear.
