Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping is carried out through external suppliers; they are paid a commission (shipping fees) as detailed on the order page.

  2. The company will do everything necessary to assist with any matter related to deliveries. However, it is important to emphasize that the company does not actually carry out the delivery.

  3. The product you ordered will be processed, prepared, picked, inspected, packaged, and shipped after receiving payment confirmation from the credit card company. Immediately thereafter, the company will begin processing the order (including personal stamping), and will transfer the finished product to the shipping company. The company will then proceed to ship the product to the address you provided when filling out the online form on the site.

  4. The company will do its best to ensure that the courier company delivers the product to you quickly and no later than 14 business days from the date of completion of the order and its approval by the credit company. In exceptional cases, because the shipment is carried out by an external shipping company, the delivery time may be longer than expected. Furthermore, when it comes to shipping to remote areas (including: Eilat, the Arava and northern settlements), the delivery time may be later than expected; and the same applies to dates close to Israeli holidays (due to congestion at the distribution company). In addition, the courier company does not deliver beyond the Green Line, to areas defined as "war zones" or "closed military areas" and to areas where there is a temporary entry ban, etc.

  5. Self-collection: If you wish to collect the products yourself, this must be arranged in advance with the company. Self-collection will only be possible at the company's discretion and by prior arrangement.

  6. Product delivery times are calculated based on business days; i.e. Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays. A business day for this purpose begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM.

  7. Deliveries provided through the delivery company will be made in accordance with the delivery company's terms, the delivery company's distribution areas, and in advance with you.

  8. If the shipping company has difficulty delivering the order to the address you specified for any reason, the company will notify you and work to find an alternative solution to the satisfaction of all parties.

  9. Delivery times do not apply to products that are out of stock.

  10. As stated above, in addition to the price of the products you have chosen to order, you must pay the shipping fee. The amount of the shipping fee will appear at the end of the order according to the shipping method you have chosen and the quantity of products, unless otherwise specified.

  11. The shipping fee will be paid with the payment for the product. However, it is clear that these are two separate transactions; a transaction for purchasing products, and a transaction for shipping the products. In the case of a sale in installments via credit card, the company may collect the shipping fee with the first payment.

  12. The Company is not responsible for any delay or delay in the delivery or non-delivery of the products caused by one of the following reasons: force majeure, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, including war, military operation, emergency operation or natural disasters, or events beyond the Company's control, such as strikes and lockouts in general or with service and goods providers that are required for the production, delivery and transportation of the ordered product; a reason beyond the Company's control; a reason related to the courier operation and the courier company.

  13. However, the company does everything it can for its customers. Therefore, if the products you ordered have not arrived within the period specified in the shipping policy, please contact the company to find a solution.

  14. It is important to emphasize that you must be careful to fill in accurate and up-to-date details for delivery. If the ordered products are returned to the company due to incorrect details being provided or unavailability upon receipt of the order, an additional charge will be added for handling and shipping fees.
