Chapter 17
Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his mercy endures forever. :
Let them say, "The redeemed of the Lord, whom I have redeemed from the hand of the oppressor." :
And from the lands of their gathering, from the east and the west, from the north and the sea. :
They wandered in the wilderness, wandering aimlessly, and found no city of habitation. :
Hungry and thirsty, their souls will be wrapped in them. :
And they cried unto the Lord in their trouble; he saved them out of their distresses. :
And he led them by the straight way, to go to a city of habitation. :
Let them give thanks to the Lord for his mercy, and for his wonders to the children of men. :
For He satisfies the longing soul, and the hungry soul is filled with good things. :
Those who dwell in darkness and gloom, prisoners of poverty and iron :
Because they disobeyed the words of God, and rejected the counsel of the Most High. :
And he made their hearts faint with labor, and they were helpless and without help. :
And they cried unto the Lord in their trouble; he saved them out of their distresses. :
He will bring them out of darkness and death, and their bonds will be severed. :
Let them give thanks to the Lord for his mercy, and for his wonders to the children of men. :
For he broke the bars of bronze, and cut the bars of iron in pieces. :
The wicked are in the way of their transgression, and they will be tormented by their own afflictions. :
All food will be abhorred by their soul, and they will reach the gates of death. :
And they cried unto the Lord in their trouble; he saved them out of their distresses. :
He will send out his word and heal them, and deliver them from their corruption. :
Let them give thanks to the Lord for his mercy, and for his wonders to the children of men. :
And they shall offer sacrifices of thanksgiving, and shall declare his works in the heavens. :
Those who go down to the sea in ships, those who work in great waters :
These have seen the works of the Lord, and his wonders in the shadow of death. :
And he said, and a stormy wind arose, and lifted up the waves thereof. :
The heavens will ascend, the abysses will descend, a soul will be mocked by evil. :
They will reel and stagger like a drunkard, and all their wisdom will be swallowed up. :
And they cried out to the Lord in their distress. And from their distresses I will bring them out. :
He will raise a storm for silence, and they will feel their waves. :
And they rejoiced that they would be silent, and he comforted them in the fortress of their desire. :
Let them give thanks to the Lord for his mercy, and for his wonders to the children of men. :
And they shall exalt him in the assembly of the people, and in the seat of the elders they shall praise him. :
He turns rivers into a desert, and springs of water into thirst. :
A land fertile for salt, the evil of its inhabitants :
He turns a desert into a pool of water, and a dry land into springs of water. :
And they dwelt there, hungry, and they made a city of habitation. :
And they sowed fields and planted vineyards, and brought forth fruit. :
And he blessed them, and they multiplied exceedingly, and their multitude was not diminished. :
And they were clothed and anointed, from the suffocation of evil and sorrow. :
He poured scorn on the generous, and was surprised by them, without a path. :
And he lifted up the poor from their affliction, and made them like flocks of sheep. :
The upright will see and be glad, and all iniquity will flee from its mouth. :
Who is wise and will keep these, and will understand the mercies of the Lord? ':

A song of praise for David.
My heart is upright, I will praise God and sing praises to him even in my glory.
The harp is a harp, and the lyre is a harp.
I will praise you, O Lord, among the peoples, and sing your praises among all the nations.
For your mercy is great above the heavens, and your truth reaches to the ends of the earth.
Your glory is above the heavens, O God, and over all the earth.

Who will bring me from a fortified city? Who will bring me to Edom?
Has not God forsaken us? And God will not go out with our armies.
Bring us help from Egypt and the salvation of mankind.
In God we will become a warrior, and He will crush our enemies.

Chapter 5
To the victorious David, a psalm: O God of my praise, be not silent.
For they have opened against me the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of deceit; they have spoken against me with a lying tongue.
And words of hatred surrounded me, and they fought against me without cause.
Under my love they will curse me, and I will pray.
And they put evil upon me for good, and hatred for my love.
The wicked one will command him, and Satan will stand at his right hand.
At his judgment the wicked shall rise up, and his prayer shall be for sin.
His days will be few, his command will be taken by another.
His children will be orphans and his wife a widow.
And Noah and his sons went and asked and inquired from their ruins.
A creditor will seize all that he has, and strangers will despise him.
Let him not be moved with pity, nor be gracious to his orphans.
It will be his last to be known in another generation, his name will be forgotten.
He will remember the iniquity of his fathers before the Lord, and the sin of his mother will not be remembered.
They will be against the Lord forever, and their memory will be cut off from the land.
A lamb that did not remember to show mercy, but persecuted a poor and needy man, and was grieved at heart unto death.
And he loved cursing, and it came to him; and he did not delight in blessing, and it was far from him.
And he clothed himself with cursing as with his garment, and it came to him as water in his bosom, and as oil in his strength.
Let it be to him as a garment that he may cover himself with, and as a girdle that he may gird himself with continually.
This is the work of my enemies against the Lord, and they speak evil against my soul.
But you, O Lord God, do to me for your name's sake, for your lovingkindness is good, and you have saved me.
For I am poor and needy, and my heart is defiled within me.
I walked like the shadow of his footsteps, I trembled like a locust.
My knees are weak from fasting, and my flesh is as strong as fat.
And I would be a disgrace to them; they would fear me and shake their heads.
Help me, O Lord my God; save me according to your mercy.
And they shall know that it is thy hand, O Lord, that has done this.
They will curse you, but you will bless them. They will rise up and be ashamed, but your servant will rejoice.
They will clothe themselves with a word of wisdom, and will clothe themselves with their own garments.
I will greatly praise the Lord with my mouth, and in your presence I will sing his praises.
For he will stand at the right hand of the needy to save him from those who judge his soul.

Chapter 1
A Psalm of David. The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.
The Lord will send your strong rod from Zion, a rod of power in the midst of your enemies.
Your people offer themselves willingly on the day of your army in your holy places. From the womb of the morning, the multitude of your children is yours.
The Lord has sworn that you will never be a priest, because of the words of my righteous king.
Lord, at your right hand there is a place for the mighty on the day of the kings.
He will judge the nations, full of dead bodies, a head crushed in a vast land.
From the roadside he will drink, as if he were shooting a bullet in the head.

Episode 1
Praise the Lord with all your heart, in the secret of uprightness and truth. :
Great are the works of the Lord, necessary for all their desires. :
His work is glorious and glorious, and his righteousness endures forever. :

Chapter 2
Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who delights greatly in his commandments.

Glory and riches are in his house, and his righteousness endures forever.
A light shines in the darkness for the upright, gracious and merciful and just.
A man of good character is good, and he who is full of wisdom will bring his words to justice.
For he shall never die, and the memory of him shall be everlasting.
He who is upright in heart trusts in the Lord.
His heart is proud, he will not fear until he sees his enemies.
He has scattered to the poor; his righteousness stands firm until his horn is exalted in glory.
The wicked will see, and the anger of his teeth will burn, and the desire of the wicked will perish.

Chapter 18
Hallelujah, hallelujah, servants of the Lord, praise the name of the Lord. ':
Blessed be the name of the Lord from now on and forevermore. :
From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the Lord is praised. ':
Exalt the Lord above all nations, his glory above the heavens. :

They have a mouth, but they cannot speak; their eyes, but they cannot see. :

As they are, so shall their makers be to all who trust in them. :
Israel trusts in the Lord, their rock and their shield. :

I loved that the Lord would hear the voice of my supplication. :

The Lord is gracious and just, and our God is merciful. :

But the way of the innocent is to those who walk in the law of the Lord.

Give me a reward for your servant, that I may live and keep your word.

My soul is faint from the brand; uphold me according to your word.
Remove from me my false path, but have mercy on me in your law.

I have stuck to your testimonies, O Lord; do not put me to shame.
The path of your commandments is a path that will expand my heart.

Teach me , O Lord , the way of your statutes, and I will follow them.
Give me understanding, and I will keep your law, and keep it with my whole heart.
Teach me in the path of your commandments, for in them I delight.
Incline my heart to your testimonies, and not to the things of the world.
My eyes have seen the beauty of your ways, my life.
Let your word, which is in your fear, arise for your servant.
My past is a disgrace, which I have despised, because your judgments are good.
Behold, I have longed for your precepts in your righteousness, my life.

And let your mercy, O Lord, come upon me, your salvation, according to your word.
And I will answer my scornful words, because I trust in your word.
And do not withhold the word of truth from my mouth forever, for I will be afraid of your judgment.
And I will keep your law forever and ever.
And I will walk in spaciousness, because I have sought your precepts.
And I will speak of your testimonies before kings, and will not be ashamed.
And I will delight in your commandments, which I have loved.
And I will lift up my hands to your commandments, which I have loved, and I will meditate on your statutes.

Remember the word to your servant, for which you have healed me.
This is my comfort in my affliction, for your word has given me life.
The devils have made me very proud, yet I have not turned aside from your law.
I will remember your judgments from of old, O Lord, and I will be comforted.
You have kept me from the wicked, who forsake your law.
Your statutes were like songs to me in the house of my dwelling.
I have remembered your name, O Lord, in the night, and have kept your law.
This was for me, because I kept your precepts.

O Lord , I have said, I will keep your words.
I have sought your face with all my heart; be gracious to me according to your word.
I have considered my ways, and have turned my feet unto thy testimonies.
I have feared, and have not hesitated to keep your commandments.
The bands of the wicked have bound me; I have not forgotten your law.
At midnight I rise to give thanks to you for your righteous judgments.
I am a companion of all who fear you, and of those who keep your commandments.
Your mercy, O Lord, fills the earth; your statutes are my laws.

You have dealt well with your servant, O Lord , according to your word.
It is good to know the truth of my heart, because I have believed in your commandments.
Before I answered, I was ashamed; but now I have kept your word.
You are good, and your laws are beneficial to my country.
They have dealt falsely with me, but with all my heart I have kept your commandments.
I am like milk to their hearts; your law is my delight.
It is good for me that I have suffered for the sake of learning your statutes.
The law of your mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver.

Your hands have made me and formed me; give me understanding and teach me your commandments.
Those who fear you will fear me and be glad, because I will obey your word.
I know, O Lord, that your judgments are righteous, and in faithfulness you have sustained me.
Let your mercy, I pray, comfort me, according to your word to your servant.
Let your mercies come to me, that I may live, for your law is my delight.
The proud shall be ashamed, because they have perverted me falsely; I will be healed by your commandments.
Those who fear you will return to me, those who know your testimonies.
Let my heart be blameless in your statutes, that I may not be ashamed.

So that my soul may be saved, I will be healed by your word.
My eyes have failed at your word, saying, "When will you comfort me?"
For I have been like a nod in the fragrance of your laws; I have not forgotten them.
How many are the days of your servant? When will you execute judgment on my persecutors?
I have known false gods, who are not according to your law.
All your commandments are a lie, but they persecute me, help me.
For a little while I was consumed on earth, and I did not forsake your commandments.
As your mercy sustains me, so I will keep the testimony of your mouth.

For ever , O Lord, your word is established in heaven.
Through all generations, by your faith you established the earth, and it stood firm.
They have stood before your judgments this day, for they are all your servants.
If your law had not been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction.
I will never forget your precepts, for by them you have given me life.
I will be saved by you, for I have sought your precepts.
If the wicked have hoped to destroy me, your testimonies will give me understanding.
I have seen a very broad end to all my labor, and your commandments are very broad.

How I love your law! It is my meditation all day long!
Make me wiser than my enemies, for your commandments are mine forever.
From all my teachings I have gained understanding, for your testimonies are my refuge.
I will give knowledge to the aged, because I have kept your precepts.
I have restrained my feet from every evil path, that I may keep your word.
I have not departed from your judgments, for you have taught me.
How are your words from my lips, from the mouth of my mouth?
From your precepts I gain understanding; therefore I hate every false way.

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
I have sworn and will maintain it to keep your righteous judgments.
I will answer you, O Lord, according to your word.
Give me your will, O Lord, and let your judgments be my guide.
My soul is continually in my hands, and I have not forgotten your law.
The wicked have given me fruit, but I have not strayed from your precepts.
I will keep your testimonies forever, for they are the joy of my heart.
I have inclined my heart to do your statutes forever.

I have hated branches , but I have loved your law.
You have hidden me and protected me; I will be healed by your word.
Remove evildoers from me, and I will keep the commandments of my God.
Strengthen me according to your word, and I will live; and do not put me to shame because of my brokenness.
Feed me and I will be saved, and I will be comforted in your statutes continually.
You have removed all the wicked from your laws, for they have deceived you with lies.
You have destroyed all the wicked of the earth; therefore I love your testimonies.
I fear your judgments, and I am afraid of your judgments.

I have done what is just and right, but you have not left me to my fate.
Your servant is a guarantor of good; do not let the wicked oppress me.
My eyes long for your salvation and for the proclamation of your righteousness.
Deal with your servant according to your mercy, and grant me your laws.
I am your servant; give me understanding, and I will know your testimonies.
It is time to serve the Lord, for they have broken your law.
Therefore I love your commandments more than gold and silver.
Therefore I will serve all the commandments of all righteousness, all the ways that I hate.

The wonders of your testimonies are the salvation of my soul.
Open your words, O Jair, who understands the times.
I opened my mouth and spake, because I sought thy commandments.
Turn to me and have mercy on me, as a judge for those who love your name.
Strengthen me in your word, and let no iniquity have dominion over me.
Deliver me from the oppression of man, and I will keep your precepts.
Make your face shine upon your servant, and teach me your statutes.
My eyes run down like streams of water, because they do not keep your law.

Righteous art thou, O Lord, and upright are thy judgments.
You have commanded the righteousness of your testimonies and great faith.
You have made me bitter, my jealousy is bitter, because my enemies have forgotten your words.
Your word is very pure, and your servant loves it.
I am young and despised, but I do not forget your commandments.
Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and your law is truth.
Adversity and distress have brought me out, but your commandments have been my delight.
The righteousness of your testimonies endures forever; give me understanding, and I will live.

I have read with all my heart; answer me, O Lord; I have treasured up your statutes.
Your call has saved me, and I will keep your testimonies.
I have gone forward in the spirit, and I will confess to you, I will be healed.
My eyes are guarded with shields, waiting for your word.
My voice is heard according to your mercy, O Lord; according to your judgment, my life.
The persecutors of fornication draw near; they are far from your law.
You are near, O Lord, and all your commandments are truth.
I knew of thy testimonies of old, that thou hast founded them for ever.

See my affliction and deliver me, for I have not forgotten your law.
My soul is troubled, but redeem me according to your word.
Far from the wicked is salvation, for they have not sought your laws.
Your mercies are many, O Lord, as are your judgments, my life.
Many are my persecutors and my enemies, yet I have not turned aside from your testimonies.
I have seen traitors and rebels, who have not kept your word.
Behold, I love your precepts, O Lord, as your lovingkindness is my life.
The beginning of your word is truth, and all your righteous judgments endure forever.

The wicked have persecuted me without cause, but my heart is afraid at your word.
I will run after your word as one who finds great spoil.
I have hated and abhorred falsehood; but I have loved your law.
Seven days I praise you for your righteous judgments.
Great peace to those who love your law, and there is no stumbling block to them.
I have broken your salvation, O Lord, and I have kept your commandments.
My soul has kept your testimonies, and I love them exceedingly.
I have kept your precepts and your testimonies, for all my ways are against you.

Bring my cry before you, O Lord; give me understanding according to your word.
Let my supplication come before you, according to your word, O my salvation.
My lips shall praise you, for you have taught me your statutes.
Hear my words, for all your commandments are righteousness.
Let your hand help me, for I have chosen your commandments.
I have longed for your salvation, O Lord, and your law is my delight.
My soul shall live, and shall glorify thee: and thy judgments shall help me.
I have erred when I have lost the desire of your servant, for I have not forgotten your commandments.
